KOREAN HAND ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE &
MONGOLIAN EYES & FEET MASSAGE WORKSHOP

Korean Hand Acupressure Massage /
Mongolian Eyes & Feet Massage therapy, also
known as Soojichim, works on the theory that the hands are microcosms of the
body. This therapy was first originated, studied and developed by a Korean
Acupuncturist, Dr Tae Woo Yoo, who found that the function of the human body
could be manipulated and regulated by stimulating the corresponding points of
the hands.
Mongolian Massage, also
known as Baria Zasal, is an Ayurvedic treatment using the traditional techniques
of Tibetan, Indian and Chinese Massage. Acupressure points on the feet and eyes
are stimulated to improve energy channels, and help keep the body and mind
healthy.
These Ayurvedic therapies
can be used as stand alone treatments or incorporated into your regular massage
routine. As they are able to be performed on a Lafuma Chair, and the client is
clothed, they may also be used as a holistic treatment in the workplace.
This course is
suitable for Holistic/Massage/Beauty Therapists who have completed an A & P
qualification.
