As a therapist establishing yourself and functioning within the business environment can be slightly daunting. It isn’t enough to possess excellent massage or reflexology skills if your business acumen and the knowledge you possess to run your business successfully is not up to scratch. This qualification will allow you the basic skills required within your complementary therapy business and highlight the professional approach required to make these skills and your business successful.

This is an essential course required by all ITEC Massage and Reflexology students who need to complete the course successfully in order to gain full certification as a practitioner. There are no special entry requirements.

The course consists of 2 days in house training, assessment and home study. Following successful completion of a mock theory you will be eligible to sit an ITEC Level 3 Unit 22 Professional Conduct and Business Awareness examination which comprise of a multiple choice theory paper.
